September 30, the middle school girls volleyball team faced Wayne Christian.
The theme for this game was Think Pink, for breast cancer awareness. The school raised money for research and to help those affected by cancer.
Led by MVP Makenna Kersat, the team played hard and won both sets, putting their record at 11 wins and 2 losses.
For the first set, the score was 25-15. The second set was 25-18.
The team is number 1 in the conference.
This upcoming Tuesday, October 8, the semifinals will be underway. The finals will be at 6:30 pm on October 10.
