Middle school dance

On October 25, in the gym the Neuse Charter middle school
students danced the night away at their 1st dance of the
year.
They had a live DJ, nice decorations, and a costume
contest.
The students enjoyed dancing but some of them were not crazy
about the music.
Sixth grade student Diamond Stevens said, “The dance was
awesome, but the songs were not really good to dance to.”
Seventh grade student Gracie Watson also said, “I liked the
dance, but they should have played better
songs.”
Eighth grade student Nathan Carroll said, “It was fun, but we
need more dances per year.”
Middle school principal Cari Delatorre said, “We have future
dances planned for the middle school and if a teacher wants to sponsor a dance
or activity, they are more than welcome to come talk to
me.”
